The laws of physics are very clear. Energy output from HAARP generators is around 4 MegaWatts. The energy released from the Chinese quake is in millions of billions of Watts.
HAARP is designed to act as an atmospheric ELF transmitter for talking to submarines. Period.
New Zealand hydroelectric generators and transmission lines leak more power constantly into the environment from leakage and losses.
Transmission lines to the North Island lose up to 50% of their energy en route, which is almost orders of magnitude more than the HAARP transmitters.
Maybe New Zealand caused the Chinese earthquake - using your flawed logic?
20 June 2008 at 8:15 am Is that why scientists and real truth seekers have made a truck load if not more pieces of evidence, like videos of this as well as it being documented on various papers and websites.
Taking out the NZ Generators as that isn't related to this story, opinion aside also.
It should be known if you Google this up comes 3,300,000 results. In the top results it shows such videos, one which is added in what I reported on.
You mention submarines, there is a link to old cold war days with Russian sub's, however to note the Russian's have there own version of H.A.A.R.P not just the yanks, if it's used as a communication device why place it in Alaska? Look at its geolocation as well as what natural resources sit there amongst other things governments cover up in the area of Alaska.
Things like this should never be overlooked with such a cheap quick thought based on the government's saying 'its ok, its not a weapon'.

If a part of the upper ionosphere is lifted up a bit by HAARP it gets more exposed to the sun and therefore it will be stronger charged by the suns electromagnetic rays.
One can send 1 Watt up but will get Magnitudes of that back.
And don't think that an magnetic field
is a constant thing. It is highly dynamic (its cause too) and may be changed by HAARP for ever.
There is the possibility that HAARP pushes a part of the ionosphere way to strong so that the gas-particles may reach velocities that will be enough to leave the gravitational forcefield of the earth, so that may destroy our ionosphere more and more.
People wake up!!!
As they ignited the first atomic bomb in Los Alamos the scientist said that there is a good possibility that our atmosphere will ignite too and hence what the did. They ignited the f**king bomb!

It seems that you don't even know what
HAARP stands for.
HAARP := "High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program" Period!!!
The little submarine thing is just a nice side effect!
And if i where you i wouldn't talk about clear physics laws because you showed that you don't even know a bit of them because of your statement that there is just a generator power of....
By the way HAARP is not the only facility of that kind. There are many!
They can be switched together therefor allowing dramatic amounts of energy being send ub and MAGNITUDES OF THAT DRAMATIC AMOUNTS BEING PUSHED BACK DOWN!
It is all about timing! Longterm push up, short time frame of the reverse push back, so hence what happens to the energy being concentrated in a very small frame of time.
GET EDUCATED, GET INFORMED, DOUBLECHECK ANYTHING, DON'T BELIEF PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING FOR HAARP, BUT BELIEF SCIENTISTS WHO AREN'T.

As at first I knew about HAARP but not all in fine detail, so i didn't write alot on it, the thing being is that after an individual learns about it, we have to wonder if they learn't from such information that 'they' want us to think of it as and about. Much like the conditioning in the school system, I remember when questioning the conspiracy facts on WW2 and Pearl Harbour.
Logic of science is this; form, matter and element has two bearings that it can be dynamic and changing in mass, velocity, output, input, electrical current or it can be static and remain at a level that should not change, that is without forceful interference from man or human.
