The elite N.W.O at the back end of the system & front end of the system for the publics eyes - ISP/TelCo giants are looking at putting in mobile base stations inside the premises of peoples houses, yes this is being looked at for New Zealand.
Now while this is from a P.R spin as better service and what-not for the end-user, still the factors not explained are as follows and are disturbing. This is mainly covered in part 2).

I am going to cover 3 parts of what is happening and has happened in the information and technology arena. 2) Femtocells, the introduction of modern day tracking and slavery.

It connects to the service provider’s network via broadband (such as DSL or cable); current designs typically support 2 to 5 mobile phones in a residential setting. A femtocell allows service providers to extend service coverage indoors, especially where access would otherwise be limited or unavailable.

However this also she be noted; that GPS chipsets are embedded so if you leave home - well your being tracked, as if running via over a DSL connection it's fixed line, so attached to a physical residential address. On top of this, they who have access to records will known when your home or not, and to the punch exactly where your are, if at home or not.

3) Content accessed online and regulating it via a track and trace system.

However on topic, in Britain, the U.K could follow France in cutting internet access to users who repeatedly download music or films illegally. The british government had given the music and film industries a year to come to a voluntary agreement with internet Service Providers over how to tackle illegal file sharing, but that timeframe expired at the end of 2007.

Again this is down to the single issue of 'people accessing media content that they don't want you to', they don't make money off it as it's illegal downloads, sure artists should get paid but face it the agents in the media/music industry screw artists over as in the middle man collects a profit for fuck all and the government and ISP's are probably going to get something out of it in return, if ever a definent law was made. But on top on this there's the factor which most don't see, which is if people download say for example Immoral Technique song's who has said burn his CD with his consent in his lyrics (he believes in no middle man) so for man and rapper who rap's the truth it's not what they want to have out there or images of U.S army slaughtering mass amounts of innoncent woman and children in Iraq, so regulate it into a business, ban it if it's not deemed 'approved and ok content', so then legally they can put on paper or digital logs of what and who is accessing what, when, how etc. Look at the great firewall of China.

So in conclusion the N.W.O and Big Brother is well and alive.
